What to Expect:
For our Special Events Task Force volunteer opportunity, you'll help us prepare for and clean up after we host seasonal and/or fundraising events at our warehouse. Roles may vary depending on the size of and needs during each event, but consist of the following:
- Stage floor layout/set up workstations
- Assist with activity set up and help during game or activity
- Check in attendees, collect tickets, and hand out wrist bands
- Serve small plates/snacks and drinks
- Help coordinate volunteer activities
- Assist in clean-up after event
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift 10-30 pounds.
- Minimum age of 16 is required.
Attire:
Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing as our warehouse is not climate controlled. Closed-toe/closed-heel shoes are required. No crocs, flip-flops or sandals. No loose jewelry or headphones allowed while working.
